KPK Starts Examining Witnesses Alleged Corruption In The Fictitious Procurement Of PT PP's EPC Division
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has begun examining witnesses related to allegations of corruption in fictitious procurement in the Division of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Division of PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PT PP). Five people were summoned for questioning today, July 22.
"The investigation was carried out at the KPK's Red and White building," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, July 22.
The five witnesses examined were Eris Pristiawan and Fachrul Rozi as the office boy of the Cisem project; Imam Ristianto as the Director of PT Adipati Wijaya; Riza Pahlevi alias Awing who is a staff of PT Adipati Wijaya; and Sisca Setya Evi as the secretary of the owner of PT Suprajaya Duarbu Satu. However, Budi has not detailed what material is being investigated by them.
He only explained that the summons was related to allegations of corruption being handled. KPK has scheduled an examination of witnesses suspected of being TPK related to the fictitious procurement in the PT PP's Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Division," he said.

Previously reported, the KPK is investigating allegations of corruption that occurred at PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PT PP) in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) division for the period 2022-2023. Two people have been determined even though they have not been detailed.
