Elderly Found Mysteriously Dead Next To The Trash Of The Mediterranean Palace Residence Kemayoran Apartment

JAKARTA - An elderly man with the initials RH (83) was found dead on the balcony of the Mediterranean Palace Residence Apartment, 1st floor, Kebon Blank Village, Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta. The victim's body was found near the garbage dump, Sunday, July 20, 2025.

According to the testimony of the witness with the initials M (24), the incident began when he was about to throw garbage. He saw someone's feet on the balcony. Witness M then opened the trellis which led to the balcony to confirm it.

When opened, M was surprised to see someone in a slanted position. After being approached, M realized that the man was not breathing.

Shocked by his findings, M reported what he saw to the security apartment with the initials AS. Then M and AS returned to the location where the victim was found.

After confirming that there was an elderly body, the security guard reported the leader with the initials U and continued to report to the Kemayoran Police. The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kemayoran Police immediately conducted a crime scene investigation at the scene.

"The victim previously lived in Tower B 29CB and the lease period expired on July 10, 2025," said the witness in his statement.

On July 17, 2025, the victim then left the apartment unit. However, on July 18, 2025, the victim was seen returning to the apartment and meeting with witness U.

At that time, U asked the victim how he could enter the apartment while he was no longer a resident or tenant. However, it turned out that the victim still had an apartment access card, then the card was taken by security.

"The victim had said that he wanted to buy an apartment, then it was directed to the apartment unit agent. The victim had time to go to the agent's office," he said.

After that, the victim was no longer seen until he was finally found dead on the balcony of the apartment on Sunday, July 20, 2025.

Meanwhile, from the results of the TKP of the Central Jakarta Metro Police Inafis Team and the Kemayoran Police, it was found that the victim's footprints, hands, shoes and politics on the 8th floor balcony were carried out on each floor.

The TKP processing process was completed on Sunday night at around 20.20 WIB.

"The victim took off his shoes and pologies and left on the balcony," said one of the officers.

Meanwhile, the cause of death of the victim is still under investigation by the Kemayoran Police. The case is currently still being handled by the Kemayoran Police.
