PDIP Legislator Sprays BSN, Many Tender Winners Have Not SNI

JAKARTA - Member of Commission VII DPR RI PDI-P faction, Evita Nursanty, highlighted the large number of uses of non-SNI goods that won the government tender

He conveyed this during the Commission VII Hearing Meeting (RDP) with the National Standardization Agency (BSN) at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday, July 17.

"Regarding tenders in the government, the products used should have SNI. Now the use of e-catalog, without a SNI certificate cannot be tendered. That can be coordinated with the relevant KL. So don't sit down, don't sit down, don't do anything. That's the task of BSN to carry out this coordination," said Evita, quoted on Sunday, July 20.

According to him, it seemed strange when the government required SNI. However, many tender winners do not yet have SNI certificates. So, this matter is very questionable.

"It would be strange if the government required SNI, but the goods could not be included in the e-catalog. The government made a tender, goods that were not SNI could win the tender," he said.

In addition, Evita also assessed that BSN has an important role in this matter, in particular coordinating the conditions that are considered very strange.

"For the arrangement of these items, I hope that BSN can coordinate with related KL," said Evita.
