Rafi Sudirman And GAC Nge-Groove Together On The Song Of Love Story In Jakarta

JAKARTA - Rafi Sudirman introduced his latest collaboration with GAC (Gamaliél Audrey Cantika) through a single titled Less of Love in Jakarta. This release is a sweet surprise ahead of the release of his debut album which will be released this year.

Story of Love in Jakarta is the last single before Rafi actually comes with his first full album titled Today, Tomorrow, and Forever as a special moment because it brings him together with idol figures who have long wanted to be invited to collaborate.

"GAC brothers are one of the musicians that I have wanted to collaborate on for a long time," Rafi said in his statement, Friday, July 18.

Even in several interviews, I also said several times that I wanted to collaborate with them. This song feels like an answer to prayer and my own manifestation," he added.

The Love Story in Jakarta presents a new color in Rafi's discography. This song carries light pop music with a grroovy touch of R&B which produces a sweet feel as well as invites everyone to dance.

In its production, Rafi involved Farrell Cahyono as a producer, who is also a bassist in his band. In addition, Dikola Kasih, the band's cobordition was also involved in the production process.

Rafi considers Jakarta a romantic city, not just because of the atmosphere, but because of the taste embedded in every corner of the city, which is able to shape and store the love story of its citizens.

"I want to write a song that is light and dancey, which can be a dance partner with a partner, especially in a city like Jakarta which is busy but full of valuable moments," said Rafi.
