Victims Died In Deadly Brawl In Cibubur Due To Unbalanced Number, 20 Vs 200 People

The brawl that resulted in the death of one victim on Jalan Taruna Jaya, Cibubur Village, Ciracas District, East Jakarta, on Saturday, July 12, 2025 in the morning began with the number involved in an unbalanced brawl.

"So initially there were two groups, namely the Kodam and Gang. They made an appointment for a brawl. Because the brawl group from MI victims (18), namely the Kodam, a few of them came compared to the Great Gang, so they were afraid," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol Nicolas Ary Lilipaly.

During a press conference at the Cipayung Police Headquarters, East Jakarta, Thursday, July 17, 2025, Kombes Nico explained, the number of Kodam gangs who came for the brawl was 20 people. While the Gang is Great, almost 200 people.

"Finally they (Geng Kodam) were afraid, they resigned, then they were chased. Finally, one of the 18-year-old children with the initials MI was stabbed," he said.

The victim of a brawl that occurred on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at around 04.00 WIB died after being stabbed in the back.

The police have arrested two perpetrators who were involved in the deadly brawl, namely JF (20) acting as perpetrators who slashed the victim who died MI (18) during a brawl. Meanwhile, AH (17) as the driving force or admin of the group.

AH was arrested in the Ciracas area not far from the location of the brawl on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 17.00 WIB. Meanwhile, the perpetrators of the JF stabbing surrendered to the East Jakarta Metro Police.

The brawl went viral on Instagram social media. A number of teenagers were seen carrying sharp weapons of the type of sickle.

They ride motorbikes slowly, then attack other groups. In the video narration, it is stated that the brawl involving this group of teenagers is from Kranggan, Bekasi, and a group from one of the alleys on Jalan Taruna Jaya.
