Russia: NATO Trying To Interfere In Moldova-Transistria Conflict, Peace Dialogue Could Be Pupus
JAKARTA - NATO has great potential to carry out attacks on the Transistria, a country in eastern Europe. If this happens, peace negotiations between Transistria and Moldova can be dashed in the middle of the road.
This was revealed by a member of the Highest Council of Transistria, Andrey Safonov, in response to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Agency (SVR) which said NATO and the Romanian military were preparing for an attack on the Transistria.
"Russian intelligence has revealed NATO plans in which Romania is suspected of also trying to claimlaim, Nikolaev, and South Bessarabia. The question is only one: do they have plans to attack the Transistria? Most likely that is the case," said Safonov via his Facebook account, Wednesday, July 16, quoted from TASS.
"Will the plan be launched? Not necessarily but not because of our 'fidelity', but because they have other plans for the Transistria: surround him and force him to surrender. There will be no outcome of this because we are not alone," continued Safonov.
This issue also developed based on media reports on the deployment of Romanian and French military advisers to Moldova.
"This is just military personnel, not to mention reconnaissance forces and various special forces NATO, French and British troops. What will happen next? All of this paved the way for the entry of the Western and Romanian contingents to Moldova, especially given the possibility of an invasion of British and French troops into southern Ukraine to seize

He stressed that the deployment of NATO troops including Romania to Moldova would make the peace dialogue between Transistria and Moldova collapse.
"The entry of Romanian troops and NATO into Moldova will end any negotiations to resolve the Moldova-Transistria conflict, because de facto will mean a war between NATO and Russia, whose troops are stationed on the ground of the Transistria. Let the former Soviet Republic of Moldova remain a peaceful territory. Military involvement will only bring sorrow to everyone," he stressed.
