Distribution Of FLPP Reaches IDR 15.73 Trillion For 126,932 House Units
JAKARTA - The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) noted that the realization of subsidized housing distribution through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme had reached Rp15.73 trillion until July 2025.
BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho explained that the budget allocation was disbursed to distribute 126,932 subsidized housing units.
"In the distribution of FLPP in 2025, we have realized Rp15.73 trillion for 126,932 housing units," Heru said as quoted from his written statement, Tuesday, July 15.
Heru said the largest allocation of subsidized houses was in West Java Province with total distribution reaching Rp3.73 trillion for 29,586 units.
He explained, from the data, it was concluded that there was a fairly large Low-Income Community (MBR) market in West Java Province.
"West Java Province still ranks first in this year's FLPP distribution contribution, namely 29,856 subsidized housing units worth Rp3.73 trillion. This shows that there are still many MBRs in West Java Province that need to be facilitated in fulfilling decent and affordable housing," he said.

"Please convey to colleagues, ladies and gentlemen, who work as teachers, employees, laborers and entrepreneurs, that there are still many FLPP quotas available to be utilized," he said.
The Regional Development Bank (BPD) BJB itself has a quota of up to 10,000 housing units and the Ministry of PKP is optimistic that the target can be met by BPD BJB by the end of the year.
