Nikita Mirzani Withdraws The Wanprestasi Report, Reza Gladys Tuding As A Lie

JAKARTA - Reza Gladys's party responded to the news of the revocation of the Rp100 M Wanpresation case report by Nikita Mirzani.

Reza Gladys's attorney, Surya Batubara, felt that there were indications of lies committed by Nikita Mirzani regarding the withdrawal of this report.

"So, I personally see this withdrawal is still a question mark, because this plaintiff is talking about it everywhere. So I suspect there may be lies in it," said Reza Gladys's attorney, Surya Batubara in the Lenteng Agung area, Tuesday, July 15.

"Why did I tell you a lie? Revocation of the lawsuit was in front of the judge after that and then convey it to the media. But this was not done. So I suspect maybe he just withdrew in the media, but on the 21st tomorrow he will still stick to his lawsuit," he continued.

Then, Surya mentioned the reason for Nikita Mirzani's withdrawal of the report on a priority scale as a form of application for leniency for criminal cases of threats and money laundering offenses against his client.

"And the reason was said that the concentration on criminal law was correct. In that crime there are mitigating things and aggravating things. The mitigating thing will be that the criminal judge will see him withdraw his lawsuit, so there is regret over the extortion committed," explained Surya.

"If he does not withdraw this will be aggravating punishment. Reducing it, repeating his actions asking for Rp4 M. So he has been asked for Rp4 M once, asking for another Rp4 M through a lawsuit. This will burden the sentence. So it's a good idea to withdraw," said Surya Batubara.

Claiming to be disappointed with this decision, Surya Batubara accused Nikita Mirzani of playing with the law.

"As we said earlier, this is a mode. This is a mode. Because the modus operandi has not succeeded in stopping the crime and the modus operandi has not been able to meet doctor Reza because he has a specific intention, so he has a zonk too, yes it is revoked. It looks like this is playing with the law," he said.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, announced that he and his client had agreed to withdraw the Wanprestasi case report against Reza Gladys some time ago.

"So I say it is true yesterday that I made a letter of revocation regarding the default lawsuit that we submitted to the South Jakarta District Court and the letter has been received," said Fahmi Bachmid in the Antasari area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, July 15.

For his own reason, Fahmi argued that he and Nikita wanted to focus on managing criminal cases first, namely Reza Gladys's report on allegations of extortion and money laundering offenses which are still ongoing.

"Because, right, when there are two problems, we have to take a stance, there must be a priority scale," explained Fahmi.

"Well, the priority scale is that I have to concentrate on criminal cases, like that, so we take the position of a default lawsuit, starting yesterday I have conveyed the revocation and it has been accepted in the imaging section of the South Jakarta District Court," said Fahmi Bachmid.
