VinFast At GIIAS Will Launch A New Current Steering Model

JAKARTA - The 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) is an event for many manufacturers to present something new, including bringing in a new model.

A brand from Vietnam, VinFast, is one of the producers who will introduce a fully new right steering model for Indonesian consumers. Its presence complements the company's increasingly diverse ranks of BEV cars.

This step was also taken to reaffirm VinFast's commitment to sustainable innovation, and pioneering role in shaping a green future for Indonesia.

VinFast Indonesia CEO, Kariyanto Hardjosoemarto, said he was very proud to be back at GIIAS with an important milestone to be made.

"The launch of a new model for the Indonesian market. In just one year since GIIAS 2024, VinFast has made significant progress, building a strong foundation in the country," he said, in an official statement received on Wednesday, July 16.

He further said that the event later at GIIAS not only underlined VinFast's firm commitment to spearhead Indonesia's green transformation through the portfolio of diverse company products and a comprehensive ecosystem, but also a clear proof of its dedication in presenting superior customer products and experiences.

"In just one year since VinFast officially entered the market, VinFast has quickly introduced a wide range of products that include the most popular segments," he added.

As is known, VinFast itself already has various mainstay car models, ranging from compact VF 3, versatile VF 5, comfortable VF 6, to family-friendly VF e34.

So, it is worth waiting for a new breakthrough from VinFast to revive the national automotive market, especially in the electrification segment.
