BYD Seagull's own sales achievement was impressive. In just 27 months, the model became the fastest in the world to reach a milestone with 1 million sales units globally earlier this July, setting new standards for global value, quality and mobility.
In specifications, BYD Seagull is an urban electric vehicle that comes with a modern design, and looks aggressive. Speaking of dimension, this car has a length of 3,780 mm, a width of 1,715 mm, and a height of 1,580 mm, and a wheel distance of 2,500 mm.
Entering the cabin, BYD Seagull is equipped with a 10.1-inch infotainment screen that is integrated with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Referring to the Chinese market, BYD Seagull comes in two battery options ranging from 30 kWh with a distance of about 305 km and 38 kWh capable of reaching up to 405 km based on CLTC cycles.
The car is sold at a super affordable price, starting from 69,800 yuan or around Rp. 152 million. If it is true that it is present in Indonesia, Seagull will become an entry-level BYD model and can be an attractive choice for consumers who want to switch to electric cars without having to spend too much.
