Reporting from the website of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the rules prohibiting certain groups from using 3 kg melon gas are regulated in Circular (SE) of the Director General of Oil and Gas of Earth Number B-2461 / MG.05 / DJM / 2022 dated March 25, 2022.
Based on the regulation, groups that are prohibited from using melon gas are those who are State Civil Apparatus (ASN). These groups include Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK).

However, micro-enterprises that need melon gas to cook are required to have a Business Identification Number (NIB). Examples of micro-enterprises that are allowed to use LPG gas are food stalls, mobile foods, beverage stalls, either residential or tidal dismantling tents, and so on.
Called a farmer if you have a maximum agricultural land of 0.5 hectares. However, the exemption is given to transmigrant farmers who are 2 hectares old. This group must make its own farming or horticultural business, and have a pump engine with a maximum power of 6.5 HP.
