Ahmad Dhani Officially Reports Lita Gading To The Police With This Article

Musician Ahmad Dhani officially reported psychologist Lita Gading after allegedly provoking netizens to corner his underage daughter, SF, to the police.

"So today we reported the initials LG, because this is considered a serious crime. Crime against exploitation of children, psychological violence. It is not only regulated by our positive law, but this is an international convention," said Aldwin Rahadian, Ahmad Dhani's attorney at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday, July 10.

On this matter, Ahmad Dhani's side ensnared Lita Gading with Law no. 35 of 2014 Child Protection article 76C in conjunction with article 80 and or article 27 A in conjunction with the ITE Law.

"Children have privacy not to be published through the media. They don't have to have their photos displayed, their names are raised to the media and stigmatized in the name, for example, their parents' behavior. It can't be done at all and it's regulated by the child protection law," said Aldwin.

"Moreover, after that, it is distributed electronically. This means that apart from the child protection law, we also report the ITE Law. Today we have reported it officially, hopefully this will be a lesson for all of us," he continued.

Ahmad Dhani's report at Polda Metro Jaya is registered with the number LP/B/4750/7/2025/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA.

Previously, Ahmad Dhani and his attorney, Aldwin Rahadian, stated that they would take legal action against a number of social media accounts suspected of violating children's rights.

One of the accounts specifically referred to is the Lita Official or Lita Gading account, which is considered to be spreading sensitive and inappropriate information about her child with the initials SF who is a minor.

"So there are indications that several accounts, one of which is a Lita Official account, Lita Gading. There we see in the video circulating in the community showing a photo of a minor and then the name of the child in the name of SA," said Aldwin Rahadian, Ahmad Dhani's attorney at the KPAI office, Wednesday, July 9.

He emphasized that the content contained elements of provocation and strengthened the negative stigma against the child's parents, which in the end was considered a form of justification for bullying by netizens.

"Provocation of the stigma of his parents, being questioned from himself as if justifying the actions of netizens bullying children, for example and this is very detrimental to children's rights," said Aldwin.
