In addition, raw egg whites also contain avidin, a substance that can inhibit the absorption of biotins (Vitamin B7) when consumed in large and continuous quantities.

Although many people like to taste raw cake mixtures, this is still risky because the dough contains raw eggs and raw flour. Not only eggs, flour can also contain dangerous bacteria such as Escherichia coli (E. coli), which can cause digestive disorders.
