Ultra Galaxy S25 Camera Troubles Getting Out After Update, Users Complain About Buram Images
JAKARTA - Samsung's newest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S25 Ultra, is currently in the spotlight after a number of users reported strange vibration problems on the camera, especially after the June 2025 software update. Its 200MP camera flagship feature has actually become a source of disappointment with the appearance of a glitch or flash on an ultrawide lens.
This problem can be seen clearly in the video shared by user X (@Samoneui8), where the camera preview shook, causing photos and videos to fade. Some users also reported faint shaking sounds that were heard when the problem occurred.
Causes Of Unclearness, Allegedly Hardware Problems
Although it originally appeared earlier this year, the camera glitch became more pronounced after the One UI 7 update (G928U1UEU2BXF7) which was released in June. Unfortunately, the problem-solving effort is like:
- Deleting camera app cache
- reboot
- Reset factory
The three of them have yielded no results. This raises the suspicion that the problem stems from hardware, not just a software bug.

According to reports from the forums of Samsung and Reddit, motors focus on ultrawide lenses that happen to not be equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) can be the main cause. Several Samsung support technicians had blamed indoor lighting, but the explanation did not answer why there was a physical shock in the lens.
Old Models Also Affected
Interestingly, it is not only the S25 Ultra affected. Some users of the Galaxy S24 Ultra also reported similar symptoms, although in limited numbers.
Until now, Samsung has not issued an official statement regarding this issue. However, a number of users claimed to have received a free camera module replacement via an official guarantee.
For users who experience this problem, it is recommended to immediately visit the Samsung service center for inspection. If proven to be hardware disabled, you can most likely get an unpaid fix.
Ironically, the June update, which allegedly sparked this issue, also brought a finer animation and a new AI feature. However, because most users do not experience interference, the possible cause of the glitch is not just the update.
Vibrational problems on the Galaxy S25 Ultra camera have not spread widely, but more and more users have spoken. If you experience similar symptoms preview of your camera or blurry photo/video check the service center immediately.
