First In Indonesia, Jababeka Subsidiary Launches The Latest Block 'Japanese Bizpark'
JAKARTA - The property development company, PT Jababeka Tbk through its subsidiary, PT Graha Buana Cikarang, launched the latest block of Jababeka Bizpark with the Japanese Bizpark concept, in mid-June 2025.
The latest Jababeka Bizpark Block comes with a typical Japanese design and a limited number of units.
In accordance with the characteristics of Japanese buildings that prioritize function, this product also offers high flexibility and can be adjusted to various business needs.
President Director of PT Graha Buana Cikarang Ivonne Anggraini said the unit in Jababeka Bizpark's latest block offers multipurpose buildings with Japanese quality standards that can support businesses more effectively and efficiently because they can be utilized as needed.
"Starting from direct sales areas, operations to storage space that the industry really needs today, especially e-commerce, export-import and logistics companies," Ivonne said in a statement, Monday, June 30.
This latest multipurpose Jababeka Bizpark building offers three types that consumers can consider, namely Single Building type with a land area of 4.5 meters \times 20 meters and 5 meters \times 18 meters. Then there is type 2 in 1 with a land area of 9 meters \times 20 meters and 10 meters \times 18 meters. Then there is the Two View type which has a land area of 4.5 meters \times 20 meters.
This product is also equipped with a high tilting up to 9 meters which makes it modified into a three-story building.
The multipurpose building offers competitive prices ranging from 1.55 billion.
Registration for the unit serial number (NUP) in the latest Jababeka Bizpark block has started on June 26, 2025. Prospective consumers only need to make NUP payments of Rp. 5 million (refundable) or premium NUP of Rp. 30 million (non-refundable).
Later, consumers will not only get top priority, but also have the opportunity to participate in the travel business and private export-imports course in China.
With a strategic location in the Jababeka CBD area, the Jababeka Bizpark block is designed to support business growth, especially in the e-commerce and export-import sectors.

Regarding financing for Jababeka Bizpark, Ivonne said, it was already supported by Bank BCA and Panin. Interestingly, this multipurpose building is also without a DP so that prospective consumers can simply pay light installments starting from Rp. 15 million.
Ivonne believes that the unit price in Jababeka Bizpark can still be reached by middle class business people or young businessmen. The reason is, there are promos that will be given to potential consumers.
"In addition, referring to its integrated location with industrial, educational and health centers, this building can also be used for various other business ideas, ranging from boarding houses, gyms, co-working spaces to offices that make this building the right choice for long-term investments," he concluded.
