TNI AD Sends Soldiers To Regions, Supports Defense And Regional Government Programs

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army (Wakasad) Lt. Gen. Tandyo Budi Revita dispatched Army personnel to be assigned to TNI AD ranks in various parts of Indonesia. Departure is carried out from the Military Cross-Seaval Command Pier (Kolinlamil), Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, Wednesday, June 25.

This activity is part of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemhan RI) program in the development of units and the establishment of the state defense system.

This step is also in line with the Strategic Direction of National Development (Astacita) launched by the President of the Republic of Indonesia towards Indonesia Gold 2045.

The soldiers will be stationed in various regions to carry out Military Operations for War (OMP) and Military Operations Apart from War (OMSP). These tasks include support for local government programs, improving community welfare, and maintaining national security stability.

In his directive, Deputy Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Tandyo emphasized the importance of a humanist and collaborative approach in carrying out his duties. He emphasized that the presence of soldiers must be a solution to the various challenges faced by the community.

"Your presence must bring a sense of security and be part of the community's solution. Be a soldier with a knight spirit, intelligent in acting, tough, and able to synergize with local governments and the community," said Tandyo, in his statement, Thursday, June 26.

He also advised soldiers to apply knowledge that has been obtained during education properly, maintain health, and show loyalty to superiors in every assignment.

This departure is a symbol of the commitment of the Indonesian Army as the front line as well as the last bulwark in maintaining the integrity and sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as part of efforts to realize the great vision of Indonesia Gold 2045.
