SoundCloud Launches New Feature, You Can See Anyone Who Likes The Song

JAKARTA - SoundCloud officially launched a new feature called Liked By Indicators, which allows users to find music based on the tastes of their friends, other fans, and their favorite artists.

"Liced By allows you to find songs through the people you trust the most, right where you're used to listening to," the company said in its official announcement.

So, when you explore a playlist, search results, and more, you will see a profile icon that marks anyone who likes each of those songs, so you may find a new connection with similar musical tastes.

This feature is expected to strengthen connections between users, build new interactions, even encourage conversations about favorite songs.

Music is more fun when shared. Liked By allows users to find songs through people they trust, directly where they usually listen, "added the company.

This feature is becoming available globally today on iOS and Android devices, covering all user levels, both Basic, Go, and Go+.

The launch of Liked By Indicators is said to be the first step in a series of new social features that SoundCloud will release throughout 2025.
