Perdana, Iran Luncurkan Missile Berhulu Leak Duda Kheibar Ke Israel
JAKARTA - The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it launched the Kheibar double-humped ballistic missile in the latest retaliatory attack on Israel.
The IRGC said the 21st wave of Iran's attacks on the Zionist regime as part of Operation True Promise III was launched on Monday, according to the Tasnim News Agency on June 23.
The hybrid operation involved solid and liquid-fuel ballistic missiles and smart unmanned aircraft.
The Kheibar double-humped ballistic missile (Qadr-H) was fired in Monday's attack for the first time, the IRGC said, adding modern and surprising tactics were used to increase missile accuracy and ensure its impact was effective and destructive to the target.
Iranian missiles have hit various targets in occupied Palestinian territories, from north to south, the IRGC said.
Previously, Iran had launched Fattah missiles into Iran, followed by the Sepjil missile which was also launched for the first time, to retaliate against Israeli attacks.
Israel launched airstrikes targeting Iran's nuclear and military facilities on June 13. Iran responded by launching missile and drone attacks on a number of targets in Israel.
The IRGC emphasizes that efficiency-oriented operations will continue relentlessly by focusing on new special tactics and weaknesses of the Israeli air defense system.
There was no pause in combat operations by Iranian drones against Israel's target, the IRGC added, noting that the Zionist seizure of occupied areas must continue to hear sirens and run to shelters.
