Puncak Jaya DPRD Office Burns, Police Are Still Looking For The Perpetrators

The Puncak Jaya Police are still investigating the burning of three office building units, namely the DPRD office, the Health Service office and the office of the Ministry of Religion of Puncak Jaya Regency in Mulia.

The fire of three building units in Mulia occurred in the early hours of Friday (20/6).

The Head of the Puncak Jaya Police, AKBP Achmad Fauzan, said the incident occurred at around 00.15 WIT when the Puncak Jaya Police guard team received a report of a fire.

The picket members then went to the location with the fire engines to extinguish the fire.

"The fires in the three locations were allegedly carried out by an unknown person (OTK), and the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Puncak Jaya Police had conducted crime scenes in three burning building units," said the Police Chief.

"Investigators are trying to uncover the perpetrators of the burning of three office units in Mulia," he continued.
