Farel Prayoga Wasn't Surprised When His Father Was Arrested For Online Gambling Cases

JAKARTA - Singer Farel Prayoga's manager, Muhammad Rais, said that his client was not surprised when his father, Joko Suyoto, was arrested on suspicion of involvement in online gambling some time ago.

Farel received information about his father's arrest through his brother. After reporting the news to his manager, Farel returned to rest.

"That morning received information that when I got a call from his brother, I immediately asked 'what's wrong with Rent?' 'My father has been arrested, brought with my mother' and he continues to sleep again. So this is something we are no longer surprised about," said Muhammad Rais in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Wednesday, June 18.

"Because I think this personal might be a time bomb that has been predicted one day," he continued.

Not without reason, Rais explained that Farel already knew his father was playing online gambling before the arrest.

"Yes, maybe a child the age of FP already understands, already understands and already understands that. So when he sees him asking, 'what is it?' and then he also finds out what is being played," said Rais.

Even so, Farel himself has visited his father, who is now detained by the Banyuwangi Police and emphasized that Farel's condition is fine.

"As we have explained, the FP and I visited their father in Banyuwangi. We have visited twice, so before we returned to Jakarta yesterday we also had time to visit again the second time," he explained.

"So, as I have explained to my media colleagues that this FP is not down, it is not down in the sense of the word he already knows from before," he concluded.
