Bank Pelat Merah Fictitious Credit Case In Bima NTB, Kejari Examine 68 Witnesses
NTB - The Bima District Attorney (Kejari) in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) said the investigation into the alleged fictitious credit case of one of the state-owned conventional banks with customers from among the state civil apparatus (ASN) continues.
Head of the Special Crimes Section of the Bima Kejari, Catur Hidayat, said as many as 68 witnesses had been examined to investigate this case.
"Of the 68 witnesses, some came from customers and six of them were bank employees," he said by telephone, Monday, was confiscated by Antara.
Catur said that the agenda for examining witnesses was still ongoing, especially from among customers, considering the number was quite large, namely 90 people.
"So, we are still calling customers again, some are not present, we are trying to finish everything," he said.
By conveying this, Catur said that the handling of this case was still ongoing at the investigation stage.
In addition to requiring witness testimony, the prosecutor's office to improve the status of case handling to the investigation stage still needs expert information.
"The expert's statement hasn't yet, we haven't been there yet. We want to finish all the customers first, then go to another," he said.

The alleged fictitious credit in this case relates to the role of the alleged perpetrator from the banking circle with the initials FF.
The alleged perpetrator allegedly changed credit loan data to higher than the previous one that was included in the agreement between the customer and the bank.
Likewise with the credit repayment period, FF allegedly changed it from 7 years to 15 years from a total of 90 customers.
"So, we still have to explore the alleged manipulation of this data. This FF is like a sales or marketing, he is not a policymaker. However, he is the one who changed the data," said Catur.
The average victim of this customer comes from the ASN of the Health and Education Office, both those who work in Bima City and Bima Regency.
Catur does not deny that the investigation of this case also came from customers from ASN who knew themselves as victims after realizing that the bank was collecting in January 2025 with a much larger installment value of up to twice the initial agreement.
