Israeli Woman Reportedly Killed By Shrapnel Of Weapons When Iran Attacked Tel Aviv
JAKARTA - A woman was killed when a gun fragments fell to the ground in the Israeli city of Ramat Gan, according to Israeli police. This incident became the first reported death from an Iranian attack.
The woman was declared dead at the scene in the Dan area in eastern Tel Aviv.
Reported by CNN, Saturday, June 14, a number of injured people were evacuated from the area, a police spokesman said, citing information from medical officials.
Police are still operating at the scene, along with other emergency services, according to the spokesman.

As previously reported, seven people were injured after Iran's latest wave of attacks on Israel. They were taken to the Ichilov Medical Center in Tel Aviv.
Most patients suffered minor injuries, one was "medium" injuries.
Separately, two members of Israel's emergency services suffered minor injuries from glass shards after intensive care units moved into shrapnel in the Tel Aviv region, Magen David Adom service said.
They were treated at the scene and did not need to be taken to the hospital.
Dozens of missiles were launched from Iran to Israel in the past hour, the Israeli military said, adding they managed to intercept some of them.
Emergency response officers responded to projectile reports that fell in some areas of the country.
Currently, civilians in Israel have been allowed to leave their shelters after the latest missile wave was fired from Iran, the Interior Front Command said.
