Former Expeditionary Employee Breaks Into Company Money To Play Online Gambling And Buys Shabu
JAKARTA - Suspect Sahlan Nasution (36) broke into the company's money through a Shopee account. The balance of his company's account was transferred to his account.
The tattooed man who worked in the expedition division was a resident of West Sudimara, Ciledug District, Tangerang City. Sahlan broke into the company's money because he was considered negligent in his work.
Kapolsek Makassar, Kompol Sumardi explained that the tens of millions of money he took through the Shopee account were used to play online gambling and drugs.
"The stolen money was used by the suspect for online gambling and drugs. The urine results after being checked were also positive for methamphetamine," said Kapolsek Makassar, Kompol Sumardi to reporters, Wednesday, June 11.
The arrest of Sahlan was made after the police received reports from Burhanudin and Rhido Saputra at the Makassar Police.

After receiving the report, members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Makassar Police immediately chased the perpetrators until they were finally arrested in the Kalideres area, West Jakarta.
"The victim suffered material losses amounting to Rp30,552,871," he said.
As a result of his actions, the suspect was charged with Article 362 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 66 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Law of the Republic of Indonesia NUMBER 1 OF 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning information and electronic transactions. The suspect faces up to more than 5 years in prison.
