Nick Jonas Reportedly To Play Paul Stanley In KISS Biopic Film

JAKARTA - Nick Jonas is rumored to be involved in the upcoming KISS biopic. The 32-year-old singer from the United States is projected to play Paul Stanley (guitar, vocals).

According to Deadline reports, the KISS biopic titled Shout It Out Loud has long been planned, and is expected to start production later this year or early 2026.

Although no official statement has yet been issued, it is stated that the agreement between Nick Jonas and film production is nearing completion.

Meanwhile, Shout It Out Loud will tell the story of the formation of KISS in the 1970s and continue with the first four years of their journey as a band.

Nick Jonas is also said to be recording his own vocals to play the classic songs Paul Stanley sings, and it takes time to train in order to emulate his vocals.

Apart from Nick Jonas, it is not yet known which actors will play the initial Kiss personnel, including Gene Simmons (vocals, bass), Ace Frehley (guitar, vocals), and Peter Criss (drums).

For information, Shout It Out Loud was first announced by the old KISS manager, Doc McGhee, in 2019.

Two years later, it was reported that Netflix was close to reaching an agreement for the film, and maker Joachim R waynning would direct it, but the Norwegian man later left the project.

Joseph McGinty Nichol alias McG who previously directed Charlie's Angels, We Are Marshall, and The Baby Sitter were reportedly appointed to direct it.
