Hospital Doctor In Malang Becomes Suspect Of Obscenity
Malang City Police, Central Java, named a doctor with the initials AY as a suspect in alleged sexual harassment of a former patient with the initials QAR in a private house in the area.
Head of the Public Relations Section of Malang City Police, Ipda Yudi Risdiyanto, said that the determination of the status of the suspect was after the Malang City Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) conducted an examination of witnesses from the local criminal experts and the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI).
"From the statements of the two (witnesses), they were finally followed up by carrying out a case title. The results stated that next week we will conduct an examination of AY as a suspect," Yudi said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, June 5.
Regarding the evidence, Yudi was still not willing to reveal it because it was still an investigation material.
"We will explain everything after the case is declared complete and the files are complete," he said.
In addition, Yudi explained that the detention of AY would look at the results of the examination carried out by the Malang City Police Satreskrim.
"Well, we'll see the progress of the examination results. If there is sufficient evidence, the file will be submitted to the public prosecutor (JPU)," he said.
