Telegram Launches Ability To Talk With Voice Message Channels And Cuts
JAKARTA Telegram has re-launched an update for its messaging platform. This time, the WhatsApp competitor added the option to chat with channels and cut voice messages.
Since its first launch, Channels have been a one-way communication media on Telegram. Channel Makers can share any information with their members, but they can't chat like a group.
Members can only leave comments on messages that channel owners allow. Interactions like this do provide restrictions so that Telegram launches the ability to send messages directly to the Channel.
When members open the Channel they follow, they will see the message's send button at the bottom left, to be precise next to the Bisukan button. The button will direct the user to a private chat room with the channel owner.
"You can send messages directly to the channel and have private chats with the owner and admin. The content creator can activate this mode to talk to the customer without sharing personal information," Telegram said, quoted on Wednesday, June 4.
To enable this direct message delivery option, the Channel owner only needs to open Channel Settings, then search for the option to activate in the Direct Message section. Channel Owners can set costs for customers who want to chat privately.

Telegram's next feature to announce is the ability to cut voice messages. When you finish recording sounds in the chat room, you will now see an option to cut unwanted parts.
For example, when you record and there are parts that are annoying or deem unnecessary, you can move the starting point and eventually to save the required part. Users can also now pause and continue recording.
"This option appears when you scroll up to lock the recording during voicemail. After recording and cutting the message, you can record the additional section by tapping the microphone icon again," explained Telegram.
