Indomobil Signs Bring Next Jeep Model To Indonesia

JAKARTA - PT Indomobil National Distribution officially launched the Jeep Wrangler 4-door last April as well as starting the company's first steps in holding the Jeep brand in Indonesia. The car introduced to the Indonesian market is a 2025 model. Of course, this is good news for Jeep lovers in the country.

Entering through this single agent of brand holder (ATPM), Jeep Wrangler 4-door is sold for IDR 2.389 billion On The Road Jakarta and is an imported product (CBU) from the United States (US).

However, the Jeep brand's breakthrough under the new ATPM doesn't just end there. They plan to introduce other models for the country's market.

Jeep Indonesia's Chief Operating Officer, Ario Soerjo, hinted that he would launch a new model for the Indonesian market at the 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) which will take place next month.

"Please wait, yes, there is still GIIAS, right. Moreover, it doesn't feel like it's less than two months. So just wait," said Ario when met by reporters in Menteng, Jakarta, Friday, May 30.

He also added that the next model still offers something different like a Jeep model in general so that it can attract the attention of lovers of this brand in Indonesia.

"Jeep is different, because there is already a client of his own. So, this brand is only intended for big fans. But yes, just wait," added Ario.

In the global market, Jeep has a number of models that have the potential to enter the Indonesian market.

Some of these models include Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, Wagoneer, Compas, Fighter, to Gladiator.

Which model do you think will follow Wrangler 4-door? It is worth looking forward to the breakthrough from Indomobil.
