Former XL Boss Dian Siswarini Officially Appointed As President Director Of Telkom
JAKARTA PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) officially appointed Dian Siswarini as President Director replacing Ririek Adriansyah at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
Meanwhile, Dian Siswarini was previously the President Director of PT XL Axiata Tbk. (EXCL), where XL Axiata has now merged with PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) to form a new entity called PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk or XLSMART (EXCL).
In addition, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Muhammad Awaluddin was appointed Deputy President Director of Telkom.
Previously, Muhammad Awaluddin was an old person in the Telkom environment, but was shifted by SOE Minister Erick Thohir to PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) to become President Director.
In addition, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) also decided to distribute dividends of IDR 21.04 trillion for the 2024 financial year. This has received approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).
The dividend payment ratio is equivalent to 89 percent of the company's 2025 net profit of IDR 23.64 trillion.
In addition, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, it was agreed that the distribution of TLKM dividends for 2024 was IDR 212.46 per share and the amount of the dividend yield was 7.5 percent, based on the price of intraday shares today which is at the level of IDR 2,830 per share.
In terms of performance, Telkom posted a net profit of IDR 23.64 trillion in 2024, or a decrease of 3.7 percent compared to 2023 which reached IDR 24.6 trillion.
Despite the decline on an annual basis, the profit achievement was better than expectations, driven by a profit surge of 18 percent in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Meanwhile, Telkom's remaining net profit is designated as retained earnings balance, which is planned to be used for business development, along with the character of the capital-intensive telecommunications business.
Meanwhile, Telkom's revenue reached IDR 149.97 trillion, or a slight increase compared to 2023 which amounted to IDR 149.21 trillion.
This achievement was mainly supported by the internet and cellular data segments amounting to Rp72.6 trillion, Indihome Rp26.26 trillion, interconnection Rp9.2 trillion, telephone services Rp6.7 trillion, networks Rp3.2 trillion, and contributions from other segments.
