Vivo T4 Ultra Expected To Launch June With Dimensity 93900 Plus Chipset

JAKARTA - After launching Vivo T4 and T4x in India, Vivo is reportedly preparing two new T-series models, namely Vivo T4 Ultra and T4 Lite. According to a recent report, the Vivo T4 Ultra is ready to be introduced in India in June with significant performance improvements and advanced features.

Vivo T4 Ultra will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset, which is capable of reaching a score of more than 2 million points in the AnTuTu 'large spike' test compared to previous generations using Dimensity 9200+. This phone is also predicted to run the Funtouch OS 15 operating system which comes with increased AI such as AI Image Studio, AI Erase 2.0, and Live Cutout.

It is estimated that the Vivo T4 Ultra is based on the Vivo S20 Pro which was released in China in December 2024. The Vivo S20 Pro itself uses a Dimensity 9500+ chipset and has a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The battery capacity reaches 5,500mAh with a 90W fast charging.

In the camera sector, the Vivo S20 Pro carries three rear cameras with a 50MP main configuration (OIS), 50MP ultra-wide, and 50MP telephoto periscope with 3x optical zoom. The front camera also has a 50MP resolution, which is likely to be adopted by the Vivo T4 Ultra.
