More Samsung Devices Will Get One UI 7 Update In June
JAKARTA - Samsung has updated most of its flagship to One UI 7 based on Android 15 in various countries. Now, the company is preparing to bring the One UI 7 update to more devices in the near future.
Some of these include budget class Galaxy A series devices such as the Galaxy A15 and A16, as well as mid-range phones from the Galaxy M series. In total, nearly two dozen devices will get this update before the end of June.
Samsung has rolled out the One UI 7 update based on Android 15 to all eligible Galaxy flagship phones and tablets in almost all countries. In fact, several devices have received the May 2025 security patch. Now, Samsung is working to expand the One UI 7 update to more Galaxy smartphones and tablets. Trusted Twarun Vats Tipsters found Samsung's official schedule detailing which devices will receive the One UI 7 update.
One UI 7 Samsung Update Schedule For June 2025
Based on the leaked schedule, Samsung will release the One UI 7 update for devices in the Galaxy A, M, and XCover series starting next month. Several budget class devices such as the Galaxy A05s, Galaxy A14, Galaxy A15, Galaxy A16, and Galaxy A25 will receive the latest firmware in June.
In the same month, intermediate-class devices such as the Galaxy A33, Galaxy A34, Galaxy A35, Galaxy A53, Galaxy A54, and Galaxy A55 will also receive One UI 7 updates. In addition, One UI 7-based Android 15 updates will also be released for the Galaxy M33, Galaxy M53, Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, and Galaxy XCover 7.
Not only smartphones, a number of Samsung tablets will also get One UI 7 updates in June, including the Galaxy A9+, Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro, Galaxy Tab Active 5, and Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab A9 will follow this update in July.

It should be noted that some of the devices above have started receiving One UI 7 updates in certain areas. However, Samsung targets to complete the update process globally before the end of June.
Samsung Prepares To Launch One UI 8 Beta
In addition to completing the One UI 7 update, Samsung is also preparing to launch the first beta version of One UI 8 based on Android 16. According to reports, this beta update will be released in the near future, possibly even before the end of this month. After a less smooth start with One UI 7, Samsung has ambitions to make the One UI 8 launch run more smoothly. Therefore, its development is reportedly almost completed earlier than scheduled.
Samsung is likely to start rolling out the One UI 8 update to certain devices and areas first. The stable version is expected to be launched in July, along with Samsung's latest folding smartphone launch.
