Dangdut Singer Kristina's Father Dies At The Age Of 85
JAKARTA - Sad news came from senior dangdut singer Kristina. His father, Bowo Sukiswo bin Sumaryo, died on Sunday morning, May 25, 2025, at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital, Jakarta. The news was shared directly by Kristina through his personal Instagram account, @kristinadangdut, on Monday, May 26.
"Innalilahi Wainnailaihi Rojiun. Goodbye my Father Bowo Sukiswo bin Sumaryo. Died from Tgl 25 - 5 - 2025. 07.55 in the ICU RSPAD. Mr 85 years old," wrote Kristina.
In his upload, Kristina expressed his relief that his father no longer felt pain, and he hoped that the deceased had now gathered with the family who had already died.
"You are no longer sick. Mr. God willing, you have met your mother & father (Mbah Putri & Yang Kakung me), your brothers and sisters (Budeh-Budeh me) and your wife (my mother). God willing, gather in Jannah Firdaus Allah SWT, Amen Ya Rabb," he continued.

Kristina also represented her extended family asking for prayers and apologies for her late father.
"With our humility from the big family, please forgive all the mistakes of the late Mr. Bowo Sukiswo bin Sumaryo whether it was intentional or not," he continued.
