IDX Reveals Capai Market Capitalization Of IDR 12,561 Trillion

JAKARTA The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced that stock trading data on the IDX for a week from May 19 to May 23, 2025, was closed in various ways.

The highest increase occurred in IDX market capitalization which increased by 1.97 percent to Rp12,561 trillion from Rp12,318 trillion a week earlier.

JCI movement for a week increased by 1.51 percent and closed at the level of 7,214,163 from 7,106,526 last week.

However, the average daily transaction frequency during this week has changed by 4.46 percent, to 1.36 million transactions from 1.42 million transactions last week.

Meanwhile, the average IDX daily transaction value during the week changed by 12.51 percent to Rp14.52 trillion from Rp16.59 trillion in the previous week.

In addition, changes were also experienced by the average daily transaction volume of the Exchange this week, which was 24.15 percent to 22.78 billion shares from 30.02 billion shares the previous week.

Then, foreign investors today recorded a net purchase value of IDR 589.43 billion and throughout 2025, foreign investors recorded a net selling value of IDR 46.66 trillion.
