Because Of Trump! Queen Elisabeth's Daughter, A Candidate For The Queen Of Belgium, Is Threatened To Fail To Continue Her Study At Harvard
JAKARTA - Princess Elisabeth, a 23-year-old Belgian queen, has just completed her first year at Harvard University. But the ban imposed by US President Donald Trump's administration on foreign students studying there could threaten the continuation of his studies.
The Trump administration revoked Harvard University's permission to accept international students and forced foreign students at this time to move to another campus or lose their legal status in the US.
"Putri Elisabeth has just completed her first year. The impact of (Trump's administration) decision will be clearer in the coming days/week. We are currently investigating the situation," said a spokesman for the Belgian Royal Palace, Lore Vandoorne, as reported by Reuters, Friday, May 23.
"Currently we are analyzing this and will let it all go down. There's still a lot to be done in the coming days and weeks," continued the Palace communications director, Xavier Baet.
Elisabeth is studying Public Policy at Harvard, a two-year master's degree program that the university website says expands students' perspectives and hones their skills for "a successful career in public services".
