Looking For A Candidate For Commissioner Of KY Like An Angel, Pansel: So No More Desire About The World

JAKARTA - The Selection Committee for the Election of Candidates for Members of the Judicial Commission for 2025-2030 is looking for candidates for commissioners such as "diversity" or good, namely those who are committed to serving to safeguarding the judiciary and not focusing on the desire of the world.

"We want to get 'mads' because if they have no more passion, they are at least close to 'her parents'. So, they no longer have a desire for the world, the important thing is that they work well to serve the homeland and nation," said Pansel Chair Dhana Putra at the KY Office, Jakarta, Tuesday, May 20, confiscated by Antara.

According to Dhana, KY members or commissioners are heavy positions because later they will hold the authority to supervise judges to propose Supreme Court justices. Therefore, qualified figures are needed.

Apart from being competent, he added, integrity is also the main capital that must be owned by prospective KY commissioners. In this case, the KY Pansel will select candidates through the administrative selection, quality selection, and profile assessment stages by cooperating with various ministries/agencies and civil society.

"The priority we hope for is that they do not have a legal problem," said Dhana asserted.

Meanwhile, Member of the KY Pansel Prof. Basuki Rekso Wibowo said that his party is committed to tight-knitting candidates because they want to get prospective members of KY who are statesmen.

The registration socialization has been ongoing from 6 to 28 May 2025, while registration will begin on 223 June 2025.
