WWDC 2025 Leaks: Apple Will Not Discuss Siri's Sophistication

JAKARTA Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC), Apple's annual event, will be held again this year. Reportedly, the company will not talk too much about Siri's upgrade.

Some time ago, Apple postponed the launch of Siri which is integrated with Apple Intelligence. In fact, this feature was promised to be available on the iPhone 16. However, ahead of the launch of the iPhone 17, the company never presented the AI Siri feature.

Apple admits that Siri's development with Apple Intelligence did not go according to their wishes. With this slow development, Apple decided to postpone its launch and attract an AI-based Siri ad on YouTube.

"We need longer than expected to present these features and we hope to release them in the coming year," Apple said some time ago.

iOS 19 is one of the topics of conversation at WWDC and of course Apple will discuss Siri too. However, this talk may not focus on AI support, but it's just a simple improvement.

Reporting from Bloomberg, this happened because Apple postponed Siri's upgrade with Apple Intelligence support. They will not discuss Siri in-depth, like WWDC the previous year, and only discuss some minor improvements in iOS 19.

Although not talking too much about Siri, Apple Intelligence is still a hot topic in the upcoming WWDC. Apple will discuss various new innovations, including the addition of Apple Intelligence features to applications that have not yet received AI support.
