Take Care Of Physical, Take Care Of Your Heart - Gibran's Message To Medan Hajj Pilgrims
MEDAN - Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka asked prospective pilgrims to maintain their health and help each other during worship in the Holy Land. This was conveyed by Gibran when reviewing the departure of 359 prospective Hajj pilgrims in the 12 Embarkation Medan, Thursday, May 15, 2025.
The congregation is scheduled to fly to Makkah at 00.00 WIB via Kualanamu International Airport, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.
Accompanied by his wife, Selvi Ananda, North Sumatra Governor Bobby Nasution, and Medan Mayor Rico Bayu Waas, Vice President Gibran greeted the pilgrims who would perform the pilgrimage.
He also checked a number of supporting worship facilities at the Medan Hajj Dormitory, ranging from consumption services to cleanliness, and had a dialogue with the congregation to find out the conditions and services they received.
"Alhamdulillah, Cluster 12 from the Medan Embarkation received a working visit from the Vice President. He gave encouragement and support to our departing congregation," said Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra Province, Ahmad Qosbi.
According to Qosbi, Vice President Gibran also left an important message so that the congregation maintains physical condition so that they can carry out worship optimally.
"The message is to maintain health and help each other congregation so that their worship runs perfectly," he said.
