Women's Fans In London Refuse To Be Feeded To Cries By Usher

JAKARTA - Cherries have been part of Usher's stage performances over the past few years. The 46-year-old singers often feed the fruit to female audiences, and not a few have gone viral and have become conversations on social media.

But an interesting incident occurred when the 8 Grammy winner appeared in London, England recently. A female fan who came to the concert even had a tattoo of the idol's name on his arm refusing the cherries Usher gave him.

In a video uploaded by fans on social media, Usher seems to want to feed the cherries to one of the female viewers. Unlike usual, the woman refused smoothly and tried to explain her allergic condition.

However, Usher did not seem to understand the fan's explanation, and tried to feed him again. The woman also clearly said that she had allergies, until finally Usher understood it.

"Oh bad luck, you're allergic to cherries," Usher said after realizing the woman's condition.

Another audience laughed at the refusal. After apologizing, Usher tried to walk to feed the cherries to another woman.

Meanwhile, Usher's penchant for giving cherries to the audience, starting as part of his Las Vegas residential concert in 2022.

While appearing at The Jennifer Hudson Show in February, Usher shared that her hobby was carried out with several trials first.

"It all started with strawberries in Vegas," he said. "So, you know, I thought we were trying all the fruit until we found out which one was the most suitable. However, cherries are something I think is fun and rather active. It's a bit erotic."

The routine of feeding cherries has also become a topic of conversation after a viral photo from the 2025 Met Gala showed the R&B star giving the fruit to Sabrina Carpenter.
