Telegram Presents Automatic Translation To Channel Features
JAKARTA Some time ago, Telegram launched an update to improve the ability of its phone calls. Now, the WhatsApp competing platform is presenting an automatic translation feature.
This feature is launched specifically into the Channel so that the Channel owner can continue to interact with its members. All Telegram users can try this feature as long as the channel owner activates the automatic translating option.
"Now, channel owners can enable automatic translation for all users. When enabled, visitors will see messages in their selected language, which help creators reach global audiences," Telegram said, quoted on Friday, May 9.
With this feature, users can follow the Channel in any language. If the automatic translation is enabled, all messages in the Channel will be displayed in the translation language. Users can turn off the feature by clicking the three-dot icon in the upper right corner.

After that, make sure the Message Automated Translation button toggle is turned off. If the feature is left on, the user can see the original text of the Channel owner by tapping the View Original menu at the top of the screen.
In addition, Telegram Premium users also get the option to translate messages whenever they want. If this feature is enabled, all messages in a foreign language will be translated into the language they choose.
Unlike automatic translations in Channels that can only be activated by the owner, Premium users can activate the automatic translation feature anywhere. In fact, they can activate it in a regular chat room.
