Hasto's Trial, Witness Nurhasan Claims To Be Forced OTK To Call Harun Masiku Until He Was Entrusted To A Laptop Bag
JAKARTA - The PDIP DPP office security guard, Nurhasan, said that two unknown people had been met and asked to immediately contact Harun Masiku.
This statement was conveyed by Nurhasan when he was a witness at the trial of the alleged interim replacement bribery (PAW) of the DPR and the obstruction of the investigation with the defendant PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto.
Nurhasan initially told about the tasks carried out as a security guard, who at that time was assigned to the Aspiration House, Jalan Sutan Syahrir Number 12A, Menteng, Central Jakarta.
About the afternoon, Nurhasan, who was on guard at the front fence area, was suddenly shocked by the sound of a knock. Apparently, it came from outside and was carried out by an unknown person.
"Two people came, I didn't lock the door, didn't I slot it. I sat down, someone was stuck, I arrived. There were two people, asking for Harun. 'Mr. Harun, is there Mr. Harun?', that's what I remember," said Nurhasan during a trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court, Thursday, May 8.
The two people were said to have immediately entered the Aspiration House area, precisely at the security post. One of them, said Nurhasan, immediately took his cellphone which was in a charging condition. While the other invited him to talk.
In the conversation, one of the people with the same height as the authorities asked him to follow all his orders.
"After taking your cellphone, what did you do?" asked the prosecutor.
"This is what you are talking about. But before talking about it, I was told to say yes. Mandate. That's the mandate, the mandate," said Nurhasan, imitating the statement of the unknown person.
"The shop, sir, has a mandate. That was before the call was directed, after connecting I said it, I immediately went to the speaker. The two people directed me," said Nurhasan.
At that time, it was not known who would be called. But Nurhasan remembers that one of the two unknown people continued to provide codes so that communication on the phone was in accordance with his wishes.
"In the deputy, the communication was just asking where or where there was another communication?" asked the prosecutor.
"He asked to meet, sir, who called the person asking to meet," said Nurhasan.
Forced by two unknown people and under pressure, Nurhasan followed the wishes of the person on the phone. They decided to meet in the mosque area in the Cut Mutia area.
"He asked to meet at what mosque, Cut Meutia Mosque," said Nurhasan.
"Who offered to meet the 2 people earlier or the intended one?" asked the prosecutor.
"The one at the other end, the one who called me," said Nurhasan.
To get to the meeting location, Nurhasan rode a motorcycle. Meanwhile, two unknown people monitored it from a distance.
Until finally, the meeting took place. The person he called turned out to be Harun Masiku. His figure was known as a fugitive from the KPK after it was widely discussed.
"I don't know because I don't know yet," he said.
"You're starting to know when (if Harun Masiku)?" asked the prosecutor.
"That's when I was busy, oh, I'm a person yesterday, sorry, sir, I'm a little upset too," said Nurhasna
During the meeting, Harun Masiku was said to have given a laptop bag. However, Nurhasan did not know what was in it because he did not have time to open it.
Moreover, the laptop bag was immediately given to two unknown people who continued to oversee the meeting.
"It didn't take long, sir, he (Harun) gave me a laptop bag," said Nurhasan.
"Who?" asked the prosecutor.
"That's Harun. He said 'take a peek'," said Nurhasan.
