Central Java Governor Ahmad Luthfi ensured that there were no entrusted officials, let alone buying and selling positions, in the appointment of officials within the scope of the local provincial government.

According to Luthfi, the filling of pre-main leadership positions within the Central Java Provincial Government has been carried out using a merit system, namely based on competence, track record, and others so that no positions are traded.
The governor said the inauguration of the Pratama high leadership was carried out to fill the vacancy of several positions of service heads and mutations of several people. The goal is to accelerate the performance of staffing and healthy organizations.
"In our place there is no need for selection, we just need to use talent management, manage it by means of a merit system," said the former Central Java Police Chief.
The governor said that in general, personnel spending at the Central Java Provincial Government had been running well and according to the rules, with a maximum set limit of 30 percent that had been met.
"Today I believe and believe that with the new position held by the pratama high-ranking leaders, it will increase the acceleration of public services," he said.
