Hansi Flick Blacklisted Referee In Barcelona's Defeat To Inter Milan
JAKARTA - Barcelona must admit defeat to Inter Milan in the Champions League semifinals. They were eliminated on aggregate 6-7 after losing 3-4 in the second leg at Giuseppe Meazza, Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
However, the Blaugrana Manager, Hansi Flick, remains proud of the performance of his team. However, he complained about the referee's leadership which he thought was tough on the hosts.
"I know everyone is disappointed. We're back again and I think some decisions arelevant, always for Inter Milan."
"However, it is like that. We have to accept it, this is football. We are proud of our performances."
"I'm proud of my team. We've given everything. Sometimes it's like that, you feel a little unfair."
"Some referee decisions may not be in our favor, but we have to accept them. Maybe I talked too much about the referee," Flick said after the game.

Apart from that, Flick admits Inter Milan deserves to step into the Champions League final.
"So, I also want to congratulate Inter Milan. They have done great work in both matches. Good luck in the final," he said.
Meanwhile, Barcelona pillar player Lamine Yamal did not want to get lost. He accepted with a big soul.
The 17-year-old, who is in the spotlight in the Champions League, assured supporters that Barcelona will return better and stronger next season.
"We have given everything. This year we didn't make it, but we will come back."
"Don't hesitate, we won't stop until we put this club where it should be, at the top."
