Today's Hasto Session, Prosecutors Present Riezky Aprilia And Saeful Bahri
JAKARTA The follow-up trial of the alleged bribery and obstruction of investigation with the defendant Secretary General of the PDI-P, Hasto Kristiyanto, was held again today, Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the Jakarta Corruption Court. The Public Prosecutor (JPU) from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled the summons of two key witnesses at the trial.
The two witnesses presented were Riezky Aprilia, a former member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the PDIP faction, and Saeful Bahri, a former PDIP cadre and former convict in the same case.

The bribe allegedly aims to seek interim replacement (PAW) for elected DPR members from the South Sumatra Election Area I, from Riezky Aprilia to Harun Masiku.

A similar instruction was also given to Hasto's aide, Kusnadi, to drown his cell phone as a form of anticipation from the search of KPK investigators.
