Bowing Respectfully, This Is Mr. Gibran's Attitude To The Elderly When Giving Electricity Aid For Ramadan
SOLO - Mayor of Solo Gibran Rakabuming Raka assisted the 'Free Electricity Connection Sharing Ramadan Program' from PLN to 40 underprivileged families (KK).
Apart from 40 families, assistance was also distributed to 10 mosques. The delivery of aid was centered at Kliwon Market, Thursday, April 29.
"I would like to express my gratitude especially to @pln.jatengdiy for this assistance effort because, in a pandemic like now, people really need help to alleviate their daily needs", said Gibran as quoted by VOI from his Instagram page, @gibran_rakabuming, Thursday evening.
In the uploaded photo of the handover of aid, Gibran appears respectfully speaking with one of the beneficiaries. His body bent while paying serious attention to his elderly interlocutor.
Not to forget, the eldest son of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) still uses a mask as an important condition to anticipate the spread of COVID-19.
Gibran said that the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program (TJSL) and Ramadan Sharing from PLN would definitely bring benefits to residents in need.
"I also hope that the distribution of free electricity installation assistance can also be enjoyed by other districts", explained Gibran.
In addition to electricity assistance, Gibran also reminded sub-district and sub-district officials to immediately register underprivileged families to get the Unworthy Housing (RTLH) program from the government.
"Remembering that during the past year, many residents told me they wanted to apply for RTLH", said Gibran.
