Asteriska And Optimism Find The Hemisphere In Single Someone Made For Me

JAKARTA - Asteriska provides encouragement for those who are pessimistic about love through the 'Sonone Made for Me'. This is the latest single that is cheerful and hopeful from the singer and songwriter from Jakarta.

Officially launching on digital music platforms starting April 25, this song gives hope for the arrival of the right person at the right time.

"As a hopeless romantic, I believe everyone has a soulmate or someone who was created for him," said Asteriska in a written statement received by VOI, April 25.

Soone Made for Me alone has apparently been written by Asteriska since November 2022. He poured out the process of falling, rising and optimism to meet with a soulmate.

I want to describe that people are looking for love, there are many forms. There are those who make big sacrifices, are often heartbroken first and even feel like they want to give up. But if it's time to meet the people created for us, everything feels light and easy. The wounds of the past can heal by themselves, and the puzzle of life so far has been answered," he explained.

If the music in previous solo works tends to be slow and sad, this time Asteriska tried something different in Soone Made for Me with a cheerful retro pop rock feel.

"So far I've tried a balance with a folk pop feel, so this time I want something more upbeat and colorful," said one of the vocalists of Bara Suara.

The Versatility of Asteriska as a vocalist can be felt in this song, because he has been a collaborator in the studio and on stage for various artists from various genres, ranging from Dewa Budjana and Baim to Superman Is Dead and eleventwelfth. Not to mention his work with the rock group Bara Suara which has produced three albums containing his distinctive vocals.

"I already have a lot of new songs, but for the time being I don't want to promise anything. I'll take them out first that can be issued, one by one. If in the middle of the road there turns out to be another life surprise, I just live it," he said. "Hopefully these surprises will still be supported by friends who listen to my songs," he concluded.
