4 Years On, Jessie J Returns To Greet Personal Listeners Through No Secrets

JAKARTA - The singer who won multi-platinum certificates, Jessie J, marked a comeback with new musical works after four years. Titled 'No Secrets', this is his way of greeting listeners personally.

The song will be followed by the main single, "Living My Best Life" produced by Ryan Tedder. This single was on May 16 via Darco Artist Partnerships (D.AP).

No Secrets is a very private and open invitation to the ups and downs of Jessie J's life over the past few years. Raising the theme of loss, trauma, and social media impacts, joking about oversharing culture, this single is an honest and filterless introduction to one of the most successful and best known figures in British music history.

Produced by Los Hendrix (SZA, Brent Faiyaz) and Jesse Boykins III, the song features alt-R&B sound with strong Jessie J vocals and touching lyrics, which have attracted attention since the first row.

"This song is very personal but I hope this song can feel close to anyone's life. I am a very honest person; I speak as it is, and I share with the world about many things that most people don't know, always with a little humor. Humor is the key. Music has really helped me," said Jessie J in a written statement received by VOI, April 25.

On the other hand, Living My Best Life is a pure celebration of Jessie J for positivity and joy. Jessie has the inspiration for Tedder's passionate throwback while driving a sickle at LA, listening to the best songs from Whitney and Prince.

"I like the feeling of moving up, so 'Living My Best Life' also has the same feelings. This song feels eternal, classic, in the 80s. This song makes you want to dance," he said about his upcoming single.

Next month, Jessie J will host an intimate acoustic show at Union Chapel, London, on May 20. This sold-out special show will give fans the first chance to enjoy their new music live, a number of fans' favorite songs, and their cute and captivating personality that have built a strong fan base over the years.
