The Authority Targets The Coordinating Ministry For The Complex Ecosystem At IKN To Be Completed In June 2025

The Capital Authority of the Archipelago (OIKN) reported on the progress of office development in the IKN area, East Kalimantan. OIKN targets the Coordinating Ministry (Kemenko) area to be completed in June 2025.

This was conveyed by the Secretary of OIKN Bimo Adi Nursanthyasto during a working meeting (Raker) with Commission II of the DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, April 22. Bimo said the Ministry of Coordinating Ministry complex would accommodate 9,465 employees.

"Thus, overall the Kemenko complex will be able to accommodate as many as 9,465 employees," said Bimo as monitored by VOI on YouTube Commission II of the Indonesian House of Representatives.

Bimo said that the Palace, Coordinating Ministry to the Ministry of State Affairs will be completed in June. The Palace area consists of the State Palace, Garuda Palace to the Presidential Secretariat building.

"It is functionally equipped with a supporting building," he said.

He detailed the progress of office development at IKN in the working meeting.

First, Bimo said, the construction for the Palace area consisting of the State Palace, Garuda Palace, the Presidential Secretariat Building was functionally equipped with supporting buildings.

Then, Kemenko I consists of 4 functional towers with a capacity of 1,286 people. The details: Tower 1: 478 people, Tower 2: 147 people, Tower 3: 246 people, Tower 4: 397 people. Equipped with 10 active tenants (2 minimarkets, 4 places to eat, 1 clinic, and 1 banking).

"For the Kemenko II complex, which is planned to have 4 towers, it is still in the final stage," explained Bimo.

Then, for the Kemenko III complex, there are 4 functional towers with a capacity of 1,375 people. In detail, Tower 1: 536 people, Tower 2: 203 people, Tower 3: 216 people, Tower 4: 420 people, equipped with 4 active tenants (1 minimarket and 3 places to eat).

Next, Kemenko IV consists of 4 functional towers with a capacity of 1,232 people. The details are Tower 1: 386 people, Tower 2: 190 people, Tower 3: 386 people and Tower 4: 270 people.

Furthermore, the offices at the Ministry of State Affairs consist of 3 functional towers with a capacity of 5,572 employees. The details are Tower 1: 2,328 people, Tower 2: 1,954 people and Tower 3: 1,290 people.

"This is an image that is the progress of development in the Palace, Coordinating Ministry and the Ministry of State Affairs and its ecosystem which is targeted to be completed in June 2025," he concluded.
