Sarah Michelle Gellar And Maria Wood Join The Sequel Ready Or Not: Here I Come
JAKARTA - The thriller film Ready or Not is confirmed to have a sequel to several new players. Sarah Michelle Gellar and Maria Wood are confirmed to join a sequel titled Ready or Not: Here I Come.
The main actor, Samara Weaving will return to play the character Grace along with Kathryn Newton. This announcement was shared in conjunction with the production process which began on Monday, April 21 yesterday.
In addition, there is Shawn Hatosy, Total Carbonell, Kevin Durand, David Cronenberg who also plays roles.
Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett directed a sequel to the script that was rewritten by R. Christopher Murphy and produced by Tripp Vinson and James Vanderbilt and others.
The first film received a good response with a budget of around 6 million US dollars, but they reached 28 million US dollars domestically. Ready or Not became the most successful film produced by Searchlight in 2019.

Ready or Not is an original film that tells the story of Grace (Samara Weaving) who married Alex (Mark O'Brien), a man from the company owner Le Domas. After getting married, they followed a game called the tradition of maintaining Le Domas' wealth.
At first, Grace thought the game was normal, until she watched the game of the umpat plot that led to murder.
The film is Gellar's latest project after Do Revenge in 2022, while this film will be the latest project forLAW Wood this year after The Monkey.
