“It feels amazing to see “JUMBO” come this far, every day bringing surprises that we never imagined before. The figure of 5 million viewers is a big gift for all of us, all the creators of “JUMBO”, the Visinema team, and the audiences throughout Indonesia,” said Ryan Adriandhy.
“Now “JUMBO” no longer belongs to us alone, but to all Indonesian families. My hope is that this story can be a part of today’s children’s childhood, and continue to live when they tell it to their children. That way, “JUMBO” will continue to live, across generations,” he continued.
The film Jumbo tells the story of Don (Prince Poetiray), an orphan who wants to stage a fairy tale written by his father and mother. This desire encounters difficulties because the only fairy tale book is taken by Atta (M. Adhiyat).
Currently, the film Jumbo is still showing in Indonesian cinemas.
