Held For Two Weeks, Serdang Bedagai Health Office Holds Free Health Checks

JAKARTA - The Serdang Bedagai (Sergai) District Health Office, North Sumatra, held a Free Health Check (CKG) program for all state civil servants (ASN), honorary staff and the general public for two weeks.

Head of the Serdang Bedagai Health Service Yonly Boelian Dachban in Seirampah, Saturday, said the free health check service lasted for two weeks from April 14 to April 28, 2025, starting at 08:00 tometer WIB at the Instalation of the Pharmacy Warehouse of the Serdang Bedagai Regent's Office Complex.

The number of registered participants reached more than 8,600 people, consisting of 4,271 civil servants, 2,823 PPPK, and 1,551 honorary staff.

Meanwhile, the requirements for participants who take part are required to bring their ID card and cellphone to be guided to register through the One Sehat Mobile application.

Not only for ASN and honorary staff, the program is also open to the general public. Residents can visit all Puskesmas in the Serdang Bedagai Regency area to get health check services for free.

This is a form of government attention in maintaining and improving the quality of public health. If done independently, health services like this can cost up to Rp1-2 million. Therefore, let's take advantage of this facility to detect our body condition early," he said as reported by ANTARA.

It was also conveyed that the Free Health Check program was also part of the national policy towards a Healthy Indonesia and supported the instructions of the Indonesian Minister of Health in expanding access to preventive services for the community.
