More User Friendly, BRImo Super App Now Available In Two Languages

JAKARTA As a form of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BRI's commitment in providing the best service and reaching more customer segments, now BRImo super apps are present in bilingual versions, namely Indonesian and English.

This bilingual feature is expected to increase the convenience of users in digital transactions, especially for customers who are more familiar with English and foreign national customers (WNA).

In this regard, BRI Corporate Secretary, Agustya Hendy Bernadi, said that digital transformation in BRI is not only focused on developing features, but also on aspects of ease and inclusiveness.

With the presence of this bilingual service, BRI hopes that BRImo can become a digital banking application that is increasingly adaptive to customer needs from various backgrounds.

"The presence of BRImo in two language choices, we want to ensure that every customer can use BRImo services more easily and comfortably," said Hendy.

As for changing languages at BRImo, users simply choose the language icon available on the initial page (welcome page) or the application login screen.

In addition, language settings can also be accessed through the Account Settings menu in the application.

With more than 100 features, BRImo super apps are solutions for various customer needs, ranging from basic banking transactions, bill payments, investments, to other financial services in one application.

BRImo also supports cross-border transactions, allowing customers to carry out various types of transactions practically and efficiently.

As is known, in line with the digital transformation carried out, BRImo also recorded significant growth.

It was recorded that in the first quarter of 2025, the number of BRImo users had reached 40.28 million, an increase of 20.26 percent compared to the previous year.

Meanwhile, in terms of transaction value, BRImo recorded a transaction volume of IDR 1,599 trillion, an increase of 27.79 percent yoy.

In addition to recording significant growth in the number of users and transactions, BRImo also received widespread recognition as the best super apps in Indonesia, which is reflected in the achievement of 4.7 ratings, both on the Google Play Store and App Store.
